Referrals are usually made by local authorities, social workers, personal advisers and other professionals.
We support eligible care leavers aged 18–25 whose needs can be safely met within our accommodation and support model.
Our focus includes Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Southampton.
We aim to acknowledge enquiries promptly during normal working hours.
